Leon Sunga designs to communicate a story through the garments he designs.

During his time at Virginia Commonwealth University, he has experienced learning about Italian Fashion at Accademia Italiana and gained industry experience with his internships at AREA Studios NYC as well as Fashion Snoops.

With knowledge about forecasting, experience in production, and CAD design, he aims for a career in technical design with hopes of creating his own collection in the future.
